It’s been one month plus two weeks since we arrived in Poland, and we’ve spent most of the time not in Krakow.
We had a beautiful day for our Polish wedding.

After the wedding reception we went south to Zakopane to revel in the mountains.

Zbyszek said this trip made him appreciate Zakopane. He’d always thought it was way too touristy (which perhaps it is).

We hiked, biked, ski-lifted up the mountain, and even rolled down it at the end.

A mountain man gave us a bumpy ride in his cart.

The mountain cow did not give us milk, though we asked nicely.

Our trail switched back and forth between the border of Poland and Slovakia.

Until next time, Zakopane.
